"Not quite as ethical as I assumed"
I ordered from them because I pretty much assumed they were all-in on sustainability, but after poking around a bit, the details on sourcing and workers felt kind of vague. The prices are definitely on the higher side, so I expected it to be really clear what my purchase was supporting. Maybe I missed the fine print, but I walked away feeling like it wasn’t as transparent as I thought it would be.

"Started falling apart after a few wears"
I only wore it maybe a handful of times before the fabric started feeling really thin, and the seams began coming loose. It seemed okay at first, but it didn’t hold up for very long.

"Shipping used to be a lot better"
I feel like shipping used to be much more reliable. This time my order showed up late, and the tracking barely updated the whole way, so I had no idea what was going on. Frustrating compared to past experiences

"Returning an Item Was More Work Than It Should’ve Been"
The clothes are cute and the quality seems fine, but returning the wrong size turned into such a hassle. I had to keep checking in, filling things out, and basically doing extra work just to send one item back. Customer service took forever to reply, and I’m still waiting on my refund. Frustrating.

"It looked nice at first, but..."
It looked nice at first, but once I actually wore it, the fabric just really bothered me. I can’t totally explain it, but it felt rough and kind of itchy the whole day, and I was so ready to take it off
